The Scrum Master will support Department of Justice software development and modernization initiatives by facilitating Agile ceremonies, enforcing Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban practices, promoting servant leadership, and enabling secure, iterative delivery in a DevSecOps environment. The role collaborates with product owners, developers, architects, and government stakeholders; removes impediments; tracks Agile metrics; supports Agile transformation; and ensures compliance with federal security and quality standards. Candidates need an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of Scrum Master experience in software or Federal IT programs, Agile certification, and experience with DevSecOps, cloud or enterprise technology environments, and Agile management tools.
