Description
The Scrum Master / Business Analyst will enable Agile software delivery by leading Scrum ceremonies, refining product backlogs, gathering and documenting requirements, removing impediments, coaching Agile practices, tracking delivery metrics, and collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and client stakeholders. The role requires Scrum or Agile delivery experience, business analysis skills, facilitation and stakeholder management, and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. It is a remote position requiring residency in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, or Honduras and a six-hour overlap with Dallas, Texas.
