Description
HelloKindred is staffing an experienced Scrum Master (Extreme Programming / XP) for a 3-month contract with potential extension in a hybrid arrangement. The role serves as a servant-leader and agile coach for one or more cross-functional software development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching developers on XP practices such as TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration, and improving delivery quality and team wellbeing. Candidates need at least five years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, strong XP and Scrum knowledge, JIRA expertise, and CSM or PSM I/II certification; employer sponsorship is not provided.
