AgileEngine is hiring a Scrum Master to run core Scrum ceremonies and build high-functioning, continuously improving delivery teams across one to three squads. The role involves coaching Agile practices, managing capacity and sprint injections, resolving conflicts, surfacing risks, coordinating with dependent teams, and maintaining stakeholder artifacts. Candidates need at least four years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software engineering or product delivery teams, strong facilitation and servant-leadership skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
