HELPLINE is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support agile transformation across client projects. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining sprint calendars, developing Agile guides, reporting sprint progress, managing team and individual KPIs, and designing dashboards for velocity, lead time, defect rate, and team satisfaction. Candidates need more than three years of experience in an Agile environment, advanced knowledge of Agile and SAFe, JIRA proficiency, and strong facilitative leadership skills. The position offers up to €45,000 annually on a permanent contract or €420 per day on a subcontracting basis, with a desired December start date and health insurance coverage at 50%.
