The Scrum Master will guide and support one or more software development teams in agile methods and processes, facilitate prioritized backlog delivery, remove impediments, optimize collaboration, and foster an agile company culture. The role requires several years of experience in agile software development, knowledge of Scrum and DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, and cross-functional team collaboration, along with facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
