Description
Orange Business is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support agile transformation, remove impediments, coach team members, monitor project velocity and quality, and collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management. The role requires strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify, at least 8 years of experience including 3–4 years as a Scrum Master, and experience in DevOps or product management. The position offers flexible working hours and a hybrid work arrangement.
