McKesson is hiring a Scrum Master (P3) for Ontada’s Technology Solutions portfolio to lead end-to-end delivery for a single Scrum team in a regulated enterprise environment. The role owns sprint and release planning, backlog readiness, stakeholder communication, risk and governance, testing readiness, release coordination, and continuous improvement across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management. It requires 3–5 years of experience leading large-scale agile delivery, strong Scrum and SAFe knowledge, and a degree or equivalent; the position is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week at the Las Colinas office, and offers a base pay range of $103,200 to $172,000.
