Sofka is hiring a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformation in a high-impact banking environment. The role involves executive sponsorship, baseline assessments, coaching plans, continuous observation, evaluation, and reporting of impact metrics to C-level and VP-level stakeholders. Candidates need at least six years of agile experience, including two to three years as an Agile Coach, along with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, flow metrics, Product Discovery, executive communication, and AI tools. The position requires on-site work in Panama and offers permanent employment or a contractor arrangement.
