Description
Devoteam is hiring a Scrum Master to work with public-sector clients across ministries, independent administrative agencies, and municipalities. The role guides and coaches multiple Scrum teams and Product Owners, supports SAFe, Agile, and Scrum practices, manages stakeholder input and complex dependencies, promotes continuous improvement, and contributes to the professionalization of the Release Train and Scrum Master discipline. The position requires at least five years of public-sector Scrum Master experience, PSM I and II certification, a completed HBO or WO degree, Dutch language proficiency, and preferably SAFe Scrum Master certification, Agile Release Train experience, and DevOps knowledge.
