Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support teams transitioning to agile methods. The role involves facilitating Scrum events, introducing self-organization and continuous improvement, coaching teams, removing impediments, and collaborating with Agile Coaches and Product Owners. Candidates should have several years of Scrum Master experience, strong agile and coaching knowledge, stakeholder-management skills, and ideally experience with software development and tools such as Jira, Miro, and Confluence. The position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home two to three days per week.
