Description
Gushwork is hiring a Backend Engineer to build and ship production backend systems for its AI agent operating system. The role owns APIs, services, data stores, async workflows, authentication, migrations, multi-tenant boundaries, reliability, observability, and deployment patterns across Node.js or Python and AWS-shaped infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate with product and frontend teams, write documentation and runbooks, and maintain reliable systems while shipping fast. The position requires at least three years of experience and is based in Bengaluru.
