HighLevel is hiring an SDE-3 Backend Builder to own the CRM Opportunities product end-to-end. The role focuses on designing data models, APIs, event-driven workflows, and distributed systems that support pipelines, stages, automations, reporting, integrations, and AI-assisted features. Responsibilities include scaling high-volume operations, improving reliability and performance, building customer-facing features, instrumenting production systems, and responding to incidents. The position requires at least four years of production backend experience, strong distributed-systems fundamentals, and hands-on experience with Node.js or Go; CRM, multi-tenant SaaS, event streaming, database, and Vue.js experience are preferred.
