HighLevel is hiring an SDE-3 Backend Builder to own the CRM Opportunities product end-to-end. The role focuses on designing data models, APIs, event-driven workflows, and distributed systems that support pipelines, stages, automations, reporting, and integrations at scale. Responsibilities include improving performance and reliability, shipping occasional Vue UI features, instrumenting production systems, and driving incident response and engineering hygiene. The position requires at least four years of production backend experience, strong distributed-systems and data-modeling fundamentals, Node.js or Go experience, CRM or multi-tenant SaaS experience, and familiarity with event streaming and database technologies.
