Glance is hiring an SDE 3, Machine Learning to lead the technical architecture for its AI shopping agent. The role owns the ML inference platform, offline and online evaluation infrastructure, rapid 0→1 prototyping frameworks, and production-grade distributed systems. Responsibilities include low-latency recommendation inference, vector search, feature-store integrations, LLM orchestration, tool-use harnesses, multimodal model serving, and technical leadership across engineering, product, and data teams.
