Apple is hiring an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test for its Joint Mobile Engineering Team. The role owns the design and implementation of quality assurance processes in a distributed environment, drives quality-related development across team projects, and builds and maintains automation for complex services. Responsibilities include understanding application business logic, security, development and production environments, advancing test strategies, and collaborating with software development and SRE teams. The position requires strong Java, C, Python, Bash, and scripting skills; REST API, database, security, embedded systems, Unix/Linux, and test automation experience; and at least six years of relevant experience.
