NVIDIA is hiring a Software Manager for its Switch SDK Group to lead a team of software engineers and drive the development and implementation of the Ethernet SDK. The role focuses on high-performance and reliable software, cross-functional collaboration, project execution, quality standards, and team performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of relevant experience, 4+ years managing engineering teams of four or more members, and expertise in Ethernet communication, network protocols, real-time software, C/C++, Linux internals, and preferably Python and embedded real-time programming.
