Quadient is hiring an SDR Manager to lead, coach, and develop its SDR team while contributing to go-to-market strategy, pipeline performance, process optimization, CRM reporting, and sales automation. The role requires 3 to 5 years of SDR or business development experience, management experience, CRM and sales automation expertise, qualification and performance-analysis knowledge, and software publishing experience; fintech or e-invoicing knowledge is a plus. The position offers a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.
