Boston Consulting Group is hiring a Career Development Specialist/Senior Specialist for its Southeast Asia HR team. The role supports the end-to-end career development process for the SEA consulting team, including quarterly career development meetings, cohort interventions, advisor allocation, transfer and MBA sponsorship coordination, database and reporting maintenance, and change management for a new career development system. The position requires at least five years of relevant human resources experience, preferably in performance management, along with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
