Mars is hiring a SEA Process Development Engineer in Pakchong, Nakhon Ratchasima, to lead dry manufacturing process development for pet food. The role covers process design, optimization, troubleshooting, trials, line commissioning, validation, and start-up activities, while collaborating with R&D, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Packaging, Commercial, and equipment-supplier teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering, at least five years of experience in dry product technologies and manufacturing process development, and strong project management, communication, and English skills.
