Mars is hiring a SEA Value Leadership Packaging Development Technologist to lead packaging renovation and value-leadership projects across Southeast Asia. The role covers end-to-end packaging development from prototype through industrial trials, commissioning, validation, and market implementation; cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, supply, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; technical leadership in risk assessments, troubleshooting, documentation, and cost optimization; and sustainable packaging innovation. Candidates should have 5–10 years of packaging research and development experience, knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes, and a bachelor's or master's degree in packaging science, packaging engineering, or a related discipline.
