Description
The SEAL (Summer Earn and Learn) Program Support Intern is a temporary, three-month role supporting paid work experience, internships, and summer employment activities for youth. Responsibilities include recruiting and approving worksites, conducting workplace inspections, assisting with employer onboarding, monitoring youth placements, tracking skills and progress, processing timekeeping and payroll, and serving as a contact for employers and youth. The role requires an associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience, knowledge of workplace safety and professional conduct, travel within the West Region, background-check and youth-serving-clearance clearance, and availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
