Google is hiring a Search Software Engineering Manager to lead and coach a distributed engineering team, develop technical roadmaps, design and deploy large-scale software, guide scalable system architecture, and drive engineering quality through testing, code reviews, project management, and production monitoring. The role reports to the Google New York office, may allow a hybrid schedule, and offers a base salary of $207,000 to $301,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
