Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at IndigoBooksMusic

Indigo is hiring a retail store associate to support store operations before or after closing, conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, process returns, merchandise products, and receive incoming merchandise. The role also involves creating a welcoming environment, engaging customers, curating product collections, responding to customer feedback, and contributing to employee and customer experience improvements. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and bilingual French-English ability in Québec; specialty retail experience is preferred but not required.
