Seasonal Customer Experience Representative - Operations at IndigoBooksMusic

Indigo is hiring a seasonal, fixed-term retail associate to support store operations before or after closing, conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, process returns and merchandise, maintain merchandising standards, and engage customers on the sales floor. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and bilingual French-English ability in Québec; specialty-retail experience is preferred but not required.
