Description
The Seasonal Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and customers during culinary classes at Sur La Table stores. Responsibilities include assisting with class execution, setting up and breaking down classes, preparing mise en place, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, maintaining food safety and inventory, handling alcohol where permitted, and meeting sales and customer-experience goals. The role requires standing for up to four hours, moving around the store, and performing physical kitchen and retail tasks.
