Description
The Seasonal Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and customers during culinary classes at Sur La Table stores. Responsibilities include assisting with class execution, organizing mise en place and ingredients, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, restocking supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring food-safety and sanitation compliance, handling alcohol where applicable, and meeting sales and enrollment goals. The role requires standing for up to four hours, moving around the store, communicating with customers and associates, and performing physical kitchen tasks.
