The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building clienteling relationships, driving personal and team sales, and supporting store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and cleanliness. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have strong communication and customer-service skills, be willing to work at least 16 hours per week during peak and non-peak days, and be able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and use ladders and step stools.
