Knix is hiring a Sales Associate to provide personalized customer service and product guidance in a retail environment, helping customers find the right intimate apparel and activewear while supporting sales targets, visual standards, store organization, and a welcoming in-store experience. The role requires customer-focused communication, flexibility for holiday, evening, and weekend shifts, and the ability to handle multiple interactions; previous customer service or retail experience is an asset. Compensation is $19.00 CAD per hour plus a monthly bonus, with a contract ending January 15, 2027.
