Description
The Operations Professional supports back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, including client service, order fulfillment, inventory management, merchandise receiving and replenishment, jewelry cleaning and repairs, and reconciliation of inventory accuracy. The role partners with sales professionals, management, corporate partners, and clients to support store sales, profitability, and the Tiffany Experience. Required qualifications include strong analytical skills, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, retail store availability, organization, flexibility, and United States or local work authorization; a college degree, gemologist degree, or GIA coursework is preferred.
