Kohl’s is hiring an Associate to provide customer service and execute store operations, including receiving and processing product, unloading truck shipments, stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment, replenishing the sales floor, protecting products, and training new hires. The role requires strong customer service, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and flexible availability; retail experience is not required, but client-facing retail or service experience is preferred. The pay range is $15.00 to $21.65, with benefits varying by full-time or part-time status and work hours.
