The Seasonal Surgical Technologist prepares instrumentation and supplies, retracts tissue, passes instruments, and monitors the sterile field during surgical cases under the direction of physicians, coordinators, and first assistants. The role requires a call commitment, full-time hours, and an hourly rate of $45.00 or $43.00 for non-certified candidates, with a monthly living expense stipend of $750-$1,500.00 based on distance. Qualifications include surgical technology education, BLS certification, and Certified Surgical Technologist certification; the position also requires physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds, extended standing, and care for patients with infectious diseases.
