Ford of Mexico is hiring a Seat Plastics Product Development Engineer to lead the design, development, release, and industrialization of seat plastics from early development through vehicle integration. The role manages QWCT, design verification, project timing, design rules, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with system specifications and regulations. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least four years of experience, and knowledge of automotive product-development systems, FMEA, CAD tools, and engineering communication. The position is based at Ford México in Naucalpan, with four days onsite and occasional travel.
