Description
ZincFive is hiring an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to lead external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting research, consolidated financial statements, disclosures, audits, and financial compliance. The role partners with the Chief Accounting Officer, external auditors, valuation specialists, and cross-functional teams, supports public-company readiness and capital markets transactions, and may be performed remotely or at ZincFive’s headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, an active CPA license, at least five years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, and at least three years of SEC reporting experience for publicly traded companies.
