Description
Snowflake is hiring a full-time SEC Reporting Manager to manage its SEC reporting function, including quarterly and year-end reporting, equity accounting, disclosures, SEC filings, auditor coordination, financial statement preparation, and internal controls. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, a CPA license, at least five years of relevant accounting experience including three years in corporate financial reporting, and strong SEC filing and public-company equity reporting expertise. The position is based in Dublin, California, and/or Menlo Park, with at least three days per week expected in one of the offices.
