The Plant Engineer operates and maintains boilers, chillers, HVAC, fire-alarm, and Swisslog tube-system equipment at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. Responsibilities include regulatory teardowns, Metasys and Notifire monitoring, alarm response, corrective action, work-order generation, and supporting Plant Operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a City of Detroit 2nd Class Engineers License, and a City of Detroit 1st Class Refrigeration Operator License, along with English communication, computer, tool, and repair-knowledge skills.
