The Second-Course Section Chef will manage the preparation, cooking, and service of second-course dishes at Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort for the 2026/2027 winter season. The role coordinates mise en place, quality checks, deliveries, stock, HACCP compliance, service timing, and the performance of commis chefs and assistant section chefs, while contributing to staff training. Candidates need prior section-chef or similar professional kitchen experience, strong cooking and plating skills, stock-management knowledge, teamwork, and shift availability; the position offers a gross annual salary of €24,000 to €30,000, meals during service, and accommodation if provided.
