The role provides second-level customer support for customers, plans and schedules service assignments, documents project progress in the Engine4 field-service management system, coordinates with customers, investors, subcontractors, and manufacturers, processes manufacturer warranties, supports service technicians, and operates the Schoenergie control room. The position requires electrical engineering training, MS Office proficiency, and an organized, service-oriented working style; a master electrician or comparable qualification is advantageous.
