Description
The role provides second-level technical support for ProsozBau and related GIS applications and databases, troubleshoots complex application-to-infrastructure incidents, administers and secures Windows and Linux servers, plans and tests software updates, integrates applications into the IT infrastructure, manages user permissions and workflows, and documents technical processes. The position requires a degree or IT-specialist training, several years of experience with complex IT infrastructures and Windows/Linux environments, strong German skills, and analytical and customer-oriented abilities.
