Hendrick Technical Solutions is hiring a full-time Second Shift Sheet Laser Operator in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves setting up and operating fiber laser cutting equipment, loading and unloading sheet material, verifying programs and dimensions, inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting machine issues, maintaining equipment, and following safety and quality procedures. The second shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with overtime opportunities. Applicants need prior CNC laser experience, blueprint-reading ability, precision-measuring skills, and willingness to work the second shift; fiber laser, Cincinnati laser, metrology, sheet-metal, and fabrication experience are preferred. The position requires U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or U.S. person status due to ITAR requirements.
