City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Second Shift Supervisor, also known internally as the Account Compliance Manager (ACM), to oversee evening field operations and ensure independent contractors meet service and safety standards. The role involves on-site inspections, customer requests and complaints, new-account start-ups, account performance monitoring, escalations, and coordination with the Operations team. It is a field-based position working 4pm–1am Monday through Friday, requiring at least three years of multi-site supervision, operations, or janitorial services management experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office and mobile technology knowledge, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Compensation is up to $44,000 yearly salary plus a $450 monthly vehicle allowance, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, a Simple IRA match, and mileage reimbursement.
