Pathways Vermont is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor for Soteria House, a hospitalization prevention residence for individuals experiencing early psychosis. The supervisor will oversee second shift Resident Support Staff and per diem staff, manage essential house functions, and provide direct support to residents using a non-judgmental, person-centered approach.
