Pillar Innovations is seeking a skilled Second Shift TIG Welder for fabrication and machining. This role involves high-precision TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum, working a four-day week (Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM) with a paid lunch and a $2/hour shift differential. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of TIG welding experience and be proficient in GTAW processes, blueprint interpretation, and quality assurance. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of TIG welding 16-gauge to 1/4-inch stainless steel and aluminum
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of metal plate types (steel, aluminum, stainless, galvanized, etc.) sizes, and shapes (beams, channels, angles, pipe, flat bar, etc.)
Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in an industrial shop setting
Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures, squares, protractors, compasses, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.
