Description
The Pad Printing Operator mixes ink, sets up and troubleshoots pad-printing equipment, maintains consumables inventory, coaches employees, and performs secondary manufacturing operations including assembly, sonic welding, heat staking, hot stamping, milling, and pad printing. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, communication skills, knowledge of ISO 13485:2003 and 9001:2008, and basic blueprint knowledge; experience with pad printing or related manufacturing industries is preferred. The schedule is 2:30 pm to 11 pm Monday through Friday, with physical demands including lifting up to 30 pounds.
