Zantech is hiring a Records Administrator, specifically a Technical Support Management (TSM) Deficiency Records Administrator, for a hybrid role based in Mobile, Alabama. The position manages deficiency records and processes in the TSM system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool, supports production and sea trials, maintains ship-unique data and trial-card records, prepares technical and program reports, and supports TSM system upgrades and testing. The role requires proficiency with the TSM and ETC systems, Microsoft Office, ship construction deficiency-record processes, a bachelor's degree or six years of relevant experience, a current Security+ certification, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance.
