Zantech is hiring a Technical Support Management (TSM) Deficiency Records Administrator for a hybrid role based in Mobile, Alabama. The position serves as the sole certified Local TSM Administrator, managing deficiency records and processes in the TSM system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool across production, dockside, builder, acceptance, and at-sea trials. Responsibilities include training OPC PRO and INSURV personnel, maintaining ship-unique data, tracking corrective actions, preparing trial and program reports, supporting trial cards and ETC creation, maintaining a deployable mini-LAN for sea trials, and assisting with system upgrades and testing. The role requires a bachelor's degree or six years of relevant experience, a current Security+ certification, the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher clearance, and physical ability to work in an active shipyard.
