Bygdekvinnelaget is hiring a Secretary General to lead the strategic and day-to-day work of its nationwide voluntary organization. The role manages the administration, collaborates with the central board and 400 local chapters, prepares governing-body meetings, and supports consumer advocacy, food knowledge, and women’s rights. It requires leadership, voluntary-sector, public-debate, and social-political-advocacy experience, along with strategic, financial, and staff-management capabilities.
