Stonewater is hiring a Section 20 Project Coordinator to own and improve the statutory Section 20 consultation process across its procurement and related teams. The role coordinates multiple projects, prepares and issues statutory notices, maintains compliance and audit records, manages customer observations, supports dispensation applications, and develops guidance and training materials. Candidates should have knowledge of Section 20 consultation requirements, experience interpreting legal or service-charge information, strong project coordination and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with customer, property, leasehold, finance or procurement data. The role requires a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, references, and a valid Right to Work document.
