Siemens Energy is hiring a full-time Section Construction Manager focused on mechanical building services for large energy and HVDC projects. The role covers technical clarification with installing companies and engineering, installation supervision, schedule coordination, compliance, documentation, site logistics, occupational health and safety, quality assurance, risk and claims management, installation and handover reports, project closeout, and lessons learned. Candidates should have training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, knowledge of building services, German and English, and willingness to travel; a degree, refrigeration or ventilation experience, and construction management experience are advantageous. The assignment is based in Erlangen and may be project-dependent throughout Germany.
