Description
The Section Head for AI Capability Development and Governance will lead and mentor a Data Science & AI Branch team, oversee AI capability development and governance, develop policies and standards, support NATO’s AI and digital transformation strategies, and coordinate with NATO HQ, military authorities, and other stakeholders. The role requires a relevant university degree or professional qualification, six years of related experience, expertise in digital technologies and data science/AI governance, strong analytical and communication skills, and a NATO SECRET security clearance. It is a three-year NATO civilian contract linked to a specific project.
